About Me

I am the librarian at Briscoe Middle School in Beverly, Mass. and follow information of interest to school librarians and middle-grade educators serving a diverse population.

In previous lives I worked as a radio DJ, in music management and booking, and for a reference book publisher before I got sucked into the Internet vortex as a content manager in the 1990s. 

I have a masters in Library and Information Studies from U.C. Berkeley and a school library teacher certificate from Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science.
