Field Trip Grant Money

Planning a field trip for students between January 2013 and the end of the 2012-2013 school year? Target has grants of up to $700 available. The deadline to apply is October 1, 2012. The application must be made by school staff: teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators. It cannot be made by parents or other volunteers.

The FAQ on the site says that "Target Field Trip Grant funds are best used for visits to art, science and cultural museums, community service or civic projects, career enrichment opportunities and other events or activities away from the school facility. Funds may be used to cover field trip-related costs such as transportation, ticket fees, food, resource materials and supplies. "
